MedZone CEO Speaks at Walmart Open Call 2019

In June, MedZone's CEO, Joe Freeman was invited to speak to American suppliers attending the Walmart Open Call Event at Walmart Headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas.  (https://engage.walmart-jump.com/)

During the 2017 Open Call event, MedZone presented its ChafeZone product and after months of working with Walmart buyers they were accepted into Walmart in over 3,000 stores.  Due to the success of the product journey and the efforts by the MedZone team work with the Walmart Buyer's, they were invited to speak at the 2019 event.  

Inside a meeting room set for 1,200 people, Freeman discussed the company's journey to Open Call and gave advice on how to approach their buyer meetings.  

In 2013, Walmart pledged to purchase approximately $250 billion in products by 2023 that support the creation of American jobs.  It is estimated this commitment could create 1 million new American jobs, including direct manufacturing job growth of approximately 250,000, and indirect job growth of 750,000 in the support and service sectors
