  • Do the Hand Sanitizer Products Meet CDC Guidelines?

    Yes! The CDC requirements are 60% or greater alcohol for ethanol (ethyl) alcohol or 70% or greater for isopropanol alcohol. You can see that here. Our products have 62.5% ethyl alcohol. 

  • How long until my order arrives?

    In normal times the hand sanitizer products are shipped quickly and delivered in 3-5 days. With COVID-19, our ship dates change weekly and our inventory varies greatly each day. Our teams are working diligently to get these products to you. 

  • What mail service will be delivering my order?

    We will use the best option for shipping, which will either be USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on your location. Our goal is to use the service that is best for getting the products to you in a timely manner.

  • Why is shipping higher than normal and why can't I get it overnight?

    Many of our products are alcohol-based, which are prohibited from shipping by air. We use safe methods with major carriers that use ground transportation that can take longer to deliver and at times more expensive. Our goal is to get the products to you as quickly as we can in the safest manner possible.

  • How do I track my package?

    After you purchase, there is an order summary page that allows you to track your order through the arrive app.

  • How can I keep up with new products and available inventory?

    Sign up for our MedZone newsletter here. We will be providing educational materials on how to use the products, updates on product availability, and new product introductions. Our goal is to create a long-lasting relationship with you for all of your needs.

  • Can I call into customer service?

    All customer service questions should be emailed to info@medzonecorp.com. Our goal is to respond to you promptly, thus, we request you email us so we can track and respond to all questions.

  • What if I have special delivery instructions?

    Please email info@medzonecorp.com immediately, with your full name, order number, and special instructions. Please make sure to check your shipping information when you input your order. If there are changes to the shipping address after your order it can cause your shipment to be delayed.

  • What if my product is not satisfactory?

    We have a 100% money-back guarantee on our products. Please email info@medzonecorp.com with your issue and we will respond as soon as we are able. We take customer service seriously and will always work hard for our customers. We strive to deliver the best experience possible.

  • What if my product is damaged in transit?

    We have a 100% money-back guarantee on our products. Please email info@medzonecorp.com with your issue, provide a photo of the damaged item and we will respond as soon as we are able. In some instances, we may ask you to send the product back so we can resolve any future issues.

  • What is the process if I want to edit or cancel my order?

    1) After you purchase, you land on the order summary page. At the bottom, you are given an edit/cancel order button.

    2) After you purchase, you will get a confirmation email. At the bottom of that email, you will see the option to edit or cancel your order.

    3) If you cannot find your order confirmation, please email info@medzonecorp.com with your order number and your issue. We will miss you but we will gladly take care of you.

  • What is the process of a refund?

    If you cancel your order your method of payment will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days or less. The refund process is operated by credit card company policies and many times is out of our control.

  • Do you ship outside the United States?

    At this time we ship in the Continental 48 states.

  • Do you have automatic reorder options?

    Not at this time, but we are looking into programs like this in the future. Check back often.
