What if I have special delivery instructions?
Please email info@medzonecorp.com immediately, with your full name, order number and special instructions. Please make sure to check your shipping information when you input your order. If there are changes to the shipping address after you order it can cause your shipment to be delayed.
What is the process if I want to edit or cancel my order?
1) After you purchase, you land on the order summary page. At the bottom you are given an edit/cancel order button.
2) After you purchase, you will get a confirmation email. At the bottom of that email you will see the option to edit or cancel your order.
3) If you cannot find your order confirmation, please email: info@medzonecorp.com with your order number and your issue. We will miss you but we will gladly take care of you.
